CleanBrightPros Service Delivery Agreement
This Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between CleanBrightPros and the "Client" for the services listed below.
Services Provided
The following cleaning services are covered under this agreement (based on which option the client chooses).
✅ Bi-Weekly Cleaning – Occurring cleaning every two weeks .
✅ Occasional Cleaning – Flexible cleaning services scheduled as needed.
✅ Recurring Cleaning Plan – Guaranteed scheduled cleanings with a minimum commitment of six months.
Payment Terms
In consideration of the services listed above, the Client agrees to pay CleanBrightPros: (The service fee due on the booking page.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated.
- Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Clients may reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Liability:
- CleanBrightPros is not responsible for pre-existing damages to property or belongings.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold CleanBrightPros harmless against any claims of loss or damage arising from the services provided.

Confidentiality:
- Both CleanBrightPros and the Client agree to treat all information related to this agreement as proprietary and confidential.
- No information shall be disclosed to third parties without mutual approval.

Legal Compliance:
- Failure to enforce any aspect of this agreement does not waive any other rights.
- If any part of this agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
